Job summary

Redbarn® Pet Products seeks a Field Program Specialist to lead its field marketing programs, including retail demonstrations and consumer events. You will supervise demo representatives, coordinate field activities, and manage budgets, with cross-functional collaboration to boost brand awareness and product trials.

The role involves travel, vendor coordination, and developing event playbooks while tracking KPIs and ROI to optimize performance across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years in field marketing, event management, or related roles.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong PM, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail demonstration program with consistent, high-quality execution.
• Recruit, train, supervise, coach, and support demo representatives.
• Coordinate demo schedules with retail partners and Sales.
• Manage demo inventory, budgets, and reporting.
• Monitor KPIs, consumer engagement, product trial, and ROI.
• Identify opportunities to improve training, field execution, and processes.
