Redbarn Pet Products is seeking a Field Program Specialist to lead field marketing programs, including retail demonstrations, consumer events, and breeder outreach. You will supervise demo teams, coordinate schedules, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration to boost brand awareness and product trial.

The role requires 5+ years in field marketing with supervisory experience, strong project management and communication skills, and willingness to travel 25–50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years in field marketing, event management, or related roles.
• Prior supervisory or people-management experience.
• Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing field teams, vendors, agencies, or brand ambassadors preferred.
• Budget management and reporting experience.
• Experience with KPIs, program reporting, and performance analysis."
• Willingness to travel 25–50% and reside in approved markets (Orlando listed).

Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s field marketing programs, including retail demonstrations and consumer events.
• Supervise demo representatives and coordinate field activities and budgets.
• Develop breeder and dog show programs and manage participation.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, and Product teams.
• Travel for demos, events, dog shows, breeder outreach, and industry functions.
