Job summary

Redbarn Pet Products is seeking a Field Program Specialist to lead field marketing programs, including retail demos, consumer events, breeder outreach, and dog-show initiatives. You will supervise demo reps, coordinate field activities, manage budgets, and align with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to boost brand awareness and product trial.

The role requires 5+ years of field marketing or related experience, proven leadership, and the ability to travel 25-50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in field marketing, event management, or related roles.
• Prior supervisory or people-management experience required.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM or event management platforms preferred.
• Must reside in one of approved markets and be near a major airport.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s field marketing programs, including retail demonstrations, consumer events, breeder outreach, and dog show initiatives.
• Supervise demo representatives, coordinate field activities, and manage program budgets.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate consumer events, expositions, and brand experiences.
• Develop breeder programs and manage relationships with breeders and show participants.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, and Product teams.
• Travel as needed for demos, events, dog shows, and industry events.
• Maintain program SOPs, budgets, and performance dashboards.
