Job summary

Redbarn Pet Products is seeking an experienced Field Program Specialist to lead field marketing programs, including retail demonstrations, consumer events, breeder outreach, and dog show initiatives.

You will supervise demo staff, coordinate with retail partners and Sales, and manage budgets, KPIs, and cross-functional activities to boost brand awareness and sales. Travel 25–50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of field marketing, event management, or related experience.
• Previous supervisory or people-management experience required.
• Experience with multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing field teams, vendors, agencies, or brand ambassadors preferred.
• Budget management and reporting experience; KPI and performance analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead field marketing programs including retail demos, consumer events, breeder outreach, and dog show initiatives.
• Supervise demo representatives; train, schedule, and coach the team.
• Coordinate schedules with retail partners and Sales; manage budgets and reporting.
• Develop event playbooks and SOPs; travel for demos, events, and shows.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations and Product teams.
