Job summary

Redbarn® Pet Products is seeking a Field Program Specialist to lead field marketing initiatives, including retail demos, events, and breeder/dog show programs. You will supervise demo staff, coordinate with Sales and Marketing, and manage budgets while traveling to venues.

A strong background in field marketing and team leadership is required. You will partner with cross-functional teams to expand brand awareness, drive product trials, and boost sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in field marketing, events, or consumer marketing.
• Experience supervising or leading teams is required.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail demonstration programs and ensure consistent, high-quality execution.
• Plan and execute consumer events, festivals, and brand experiences.
• Recruit, train, and supervise demo staff and coordinators.
• Develop breeder engagement and dog show participation strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams; manage budgets.
