Sazerac Company is seeking a results-driven Field Sales Representative to drive growth in assigned grocery, convenience, and liquor stores across the territory. You will craft compelling programs, lead distributor execution, and build strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional field sales experience in alcohol-beverage or CPG industries.
• Results Driven: Proven volume achievements and ability to deliver on distribution and retail promotional goals.
• Technical Savvy: Demonstrated use of sales data analytics and tools to drive results.
• Mobility: Valid drivers license and ability to travel within an assigned territory.
• Schedule: Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.
• Location: Live in or near the territory.
• Expenses: Ability to cover ordinary business expenses reimbursed later.
• Compliance: Obtain a solicitors permit in any state.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute growth plans for assigned accounts to boost market share.
• Educate customers using market trends to grow brands.
• Lead distributors with in-store selling, marketing, and account execution.
• Support distribution and promotional goals across brands in the portfolio.
• Build mutually valuable rapport with customers and understand their needs.
• Serve as the communication lead between customers, wholesalers, and internal teams.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure goals are met.
