Job summary

Sazerac Company in Orlando is seeking a Market Development Manager to lead a team of Market Development Representatives and drive results in on‑premise accounts through Impact Selling programs. You’ll coach and align field efforts with brand priorities.

Responsibilities include planning distribution strategies, building key account relationships, tracking KPIs, and coordinating with internal teams to optimize displays, promotions and space-to-sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Must reside in or near the territory.
• Must be able to personally pay or charge ordinary business expenses that will be reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Market Development Representatives to build brands and maximize distribution.
• Motivate internal and wholesale teams to deliver brand and individual goals.
• Develop, implement and monitor programs to guide distribution, launches, displays, promotions and space-to-sales.
• Achieve volume objectives for brand state priorities.
• Plan and execute regular sales calls with key accounts.
• Develop and monitor KPIs related to the team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to adjust brands off plan.
