Job summary

The Sazerac Company is seeking a Market Development Manager to lead a field team and drive growth in on- and off-premise accounts. You will develop and execute Impact Selling programs to meet key sales objectives in your markets.

You will lead a team of Market Development Representatives, mentor staff, and establish strategic programs to expand distribution, maximize brand presence, and achieve volume targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of relevant sales experience, consumer goods preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must reside in or near territory.
• Ability to travel and work non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Market Development Representatives to drive sales and brand presence.
• Develop and execute Impact Selling programs to hit sales objectives.
• Plan and execute regular sales calls with key accounts.
• Monitor KPI development and adjust strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align brands with territory priorities.
