Job summary

W.B. Mason in Maryland is seeking a full-time Market Development Specialist to drive outside sales, build local business relationships, and grow the territory with our broad workplace products.

You will meet potential clients, demonstrate products, present pricing, and onboard new accounts through MasonvilleGO, working with inside sales and onboarding teams.

We offer competitive pay ($60,000–$65,000) with bonus opportunities, comprehensive benefits, and a culture that promotes from within.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail sales, or similar roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• English reading/writing and conversational fluency.
• Bachelor's Degree (BS or BA) from a four-year college (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Hit the road to meet local businesses and introduce W.B. Mason offerings.
• Demo products, share web tools, and offer custom pricing.
• Help new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO.
• Collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams to transition new accounts.
• Attend regular branch sales meetings for support and guidance.
