Job summary

W.B. Mason Company Inc. in Tampa seeks a full-time Market Development Specialist to drive outside sales and expand our local market. You’ll visit businesses, demo products, and tailor pricing to win new accounts while collaborating with inside sales and onboarding teams.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service, retail sales, etc.
Outstanding communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Ability to converse, read, and write in English.
Bachelor’s Degree (BS or BA) from a four-year college (preferred).

Responsibilities

Meet with potential clients to present W.B. Mason offerings.
Demo products and share web tools.
Offer custom pricing and help new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO.
Coordinate with inside sales and onboarding teams for smooth account transitions.
Attend regular branch sales meetings to stay connected and supported.
Grow the market and advance your outside sales career.
