Job summary

W.B. Mason in Florida is seeking a full-time Market Development Specialist to expand our outside sales footprint. You’ll hit the road in your assigned territory, meet local businesses, demonstrate products, and tailor pricing to win new accounts.

You\'ll work with inside sales and onboarding teams to transition accounts smoothly while attending regular branch meetings to stay connected and supported. A bachelor\'s degree is preferred and English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail sales, etc.
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Ability to converse, read, and write in English
• Bachelor's Degree (BS or BA) from a four-year college (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Hit the road in your assigned territory, meeting local businesses and introducing W.B. Mason offerings.
• Demo products, share web tools, and present custom pricing to win new accounts.
• Collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams to smoothly transition new accounts.
• Attend regular branch sales meetings to stay connected and supported.
