Job summary

W.B. Mason seeks a full-time Market Development Specialist to expand its outside sales footprint across Massachusetts, including Brockton. You will visit local businesses, introduce our workplace products, and build lasting relationships that drive growth.

Work closely with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition of new accounts, with ongoing support from branch leadership and a strong culture that rewards growth and achievement.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail sales, etc.
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Ability to converse, read, and write in English
• Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) from a four-year college (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Hit the road to assigned territory, meeting local businesses and introducing W.B. Mason offerings.
• Demo products, share web tools, offer custom pricing, and help new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO.
• Partner with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transition of new accounts.
• Attend regular branch sales meetings to stay connected and supported.
