Job summary

W.B. Mason is seeking a full-time Market Development Specialist to grow our outside sales footprint in the Brockton area. You will visit local businesses, showcase our wide range of office supplies and services, and tailor solutions to client needs.

You will demo products, present pricing options, and assist new customers with MasonvilleGO setup. This role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail sales.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• English reading and writing proficiency.
• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) from a four-year college (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Hit the road to meet local businesses and introduce Mason products.
• Demo products, share web tools, and offer custom pricing.
• Help new customers set up through MasonvilleGO.
• Collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams.
• Attend regular branch sales meetings for support and growth.
