Job summary

W.B. Mason is seeking a full-time Market Development Specialist for the Pittsburgh market. You will travel within your assigned territory to meet local businesses, introduce our full range of workplace products, and drive new accounts with consultative pricing and onboarding support.

You’ll work with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions, with branch meetings providing ongoing support and growth opportunities in a privately owned company with century-long history.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail sales.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to read, write, and converse in English.
• Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college (preferred).
