W.B. Mason in the Pittsburgh market is seeking a full-time Market Development Specialist to expand our outside sales presence. You will travel your assigned territory, meet local businesses, and show how our workplace products and services can meet their needs.

You’ll demo products, share online tools, offer custom pricing, and help new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO, while collaborating with inside sales and onboarding teams to grow the market and advance your outside sales career.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail sales, etc.
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Ability to converse, read, and write in English
• Bachelor's Degree (BS or BA) from a four-year college (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Hit the road to meet local businesses and introduce W.B. Mason offerings.
• Demo products, share web tools, offer custom pricing to potential clients.
• Help new customers set up accounts through MasonvilleGO.
• Collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams to transition accounts.
• Attend regular branch sales meetings for support and growth
