W.B. Mason is seeking a full-time Market Development Specialist to grow our outside sales footprint. You’ll cover a assigned territory, meet local businesses, present our workplace products, and build lasting relationships.

You’ll demo products, share pricing, help new accounts get set up through MasonvilleGO, and collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams. We prize energy, initiative, and a customer-first mindset in a culture that rewards growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail sales.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• English reading and writing proficiency.
• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Hit the road to cover your assigned territory and meet local businesses.
• Demonstrate our full range of workplace products and services and offer custom pricing.
• Demo products and share MasonvilleGO tools with prospects.
• Help new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO and onboarding teams.
• Coordinate with inside sales and onboarding to ensure smooth transitions.
• Attend regular branch sales meetings to stay connected and supported.
