Job summary

W.B. Mason is seeking a full-time Market Development Specialist to drive outside sales in the local territory. You will meet with businesses, demonstrate products, and present our full range of workplace solutions designed to simplify operations and improve efficiency.

You will work with inside sales and onboarding to ensure a smooth handoff for new accounts, attending regular branch meetings and leveraging MasonvilleGO for onboarding and pricing.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail sales.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Bachelor's Degree (BS or BA) from a four-year college (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned territory to meet local businesses and introduce W.B. Mason offerings.
• Demo products, share web tools, offer custom pricing, and help new customers get set up via MasonvilleGO.
• Collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transition of new accounts; participate in regular branch meetings.
