Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Multi-Tenant Sales Manager in North Richland Hills, TX to lead a team of Sales Representatives and drive revenue while ensuring customer experience and compliance standards.

You will coach, recruit, and onboard staff, balance 70% field work with 30% office planning, and collaborate with local budgets and offers. This role requires strong leadership and field sales execution across Spectrum Internet, TV, Mobile and Voice products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of sales experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Knowledge of community sales practices.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day execution of the Multi-Tenant Sales Department.
• Provide coaching, performance management, and problem solving to meet budgeted goals.
• Supervise a team of Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives with daily direction and coaching.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives.
• Support staff with ~70% field work and ~30% office work, including coaching and reviews.
• Maintain clear territory assignments and turf coverage.
• Monitor payroll and approvals of commission payments per policy.
• Handle employee relations and training completions (safety/compliance).
• Assist with local budget and provide input on marketing and sales offers.
