Job summary

Charter Communications, operating Spectrum services, seeks a Multi-Tenant Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Representatives across assigned territories. You’ll coach, drive performance, and manage field execution while ensuring customer experience standards and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and overseeing payroll/commissions, with a mix of field (70%) and office (30%) work. Strong leadership and telecom industry knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of sales experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day execution of the Multi-Tenant Sales Department and lead Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives through coaching, performance management, and problem solving to hit budgeted goals and maintain compliant processes.
• Supervise a team of Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives with daily direction, activity management, and coaching to ensure consistent field sales execution.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard Multi-Tenant Sales Representatives with training on field sales processes, customer experience standards, and compliance expectations.
• Allocate ~70% field work and ~30% office work for staff, including in-field coaching, observations, and performance reviews.
• Monitor payroll and ensure timely review/approval of commission payments per policy.
• Handle employee relations, performance appraisals, coaching, addressing gaps, and training compliance requirements.
• Assist with local budget prep and provide input on marketing issues and offers based on performance, feedback, and market insights.
• Perform other duties as requested by supervisor.
