Job summary

Spectrum is hiring a driven sales representative to sell Spectrum Internet, TV, Mobile and Voice services to residents in assigned non-bulk MDUs. You will door-to-door, at lobby events, and build relationships with property managers to grow penetration.

You must be comfortable outside in all weather, drive your own vehicle, meet monthly quotas, complete paperwork accurately, and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cold call sales skills, persuasion, and clear communication skills.
• Ability to travel to assigned territories using a reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to work outside for extended periods in any season.
• Familiarity with computer operating systems, consumer and commercial devices, and software applications.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with property managers and customers.
• Meet monthly sales goals and increase sales volume and penetration.
• Solicit residential customers door-to-door and at lobby events.
• Generate incremental revenue by adding services.
• Respond to customer problems per policy and ensure resolution.
• Attend sales meetings and training programs.
• Complete paperwork for sales activities according to guidelines.
• Collect funds and provide receipts per company policies.
