Job summary

MarketSource is seeking a Sales Lead Generator to drive new business by engaging directly with consumers inside high-traffic retail locations. You’ll spark conversations, build interest, and pass qualified leads to the sales team to close the deal.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll educate shoppers about products, schedule in-home consultations, and capture customer data in internal systems. Valid driver’s license and 2+ years of retail sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation.
• 2+ years of retail sales or lead generation experience.
• Experience with product demonstrations or direct sales.
• Experience with cold selling (Door-to-door, B2B).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable using mobile web-based tools and systems.
