Job summary

Red Cedar Construction Services, LLC is seeking a Construction Superintendent to own field execution on active projects in the Southeast. You will manage daily site operations, safety, quality control, and coordination with subcontractors and the project team.

You will drive production, maintain look-ahead schedules, produce daily Procore reports, and ensure compliance with RCCS standards from mobilization through turnover.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors on projects $5M+ in value.
• Procore daily reporting, punch lists, RFI management, photo documentation, inspection tracking.
• Ability to read full construction documents (architectural, structural, civil, MEP) and specs.
• OSHA 30 certification or achieve within 90 days; First Aid/CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate and hold accountable all subcontractors and self-perform crews on site.
• Maintain a current three-week look-ahead schedule and update PM weekly.
• Complete accurate daily Procore reports with weather, manpower, and progress.
• Enforce RCCS quality standards and safety at all times.
• Lead field closeout, turnover, and warranty activities as required.
