Job summary

Red Cedar Construction Services, LLC is seeking a Construction Superintendent for our Greenville, SC project portfolio. You will own field execution, manage subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and on‑time turnover on multifamily and commercial builds.

Responsibilities include maintaining look‑ahead schedules, coordinating inspections, and producing accurate daily Procore reports. A strong safety focus and 5+ years of supervisory experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
• Experience on multifamily, townhome, built‑to‑rent, or podium construction preferred.
• Procore daily reporting, punch lists, RFI management, photo documentation, and inspection tracking.
• Read construction documents (architectural, structural, MEP, specs).
• OSHA 30 certification required or within 90 days; First Aid/CPR preferred.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Own daily field operations from site setup to turnover.
• Coordinate subcontractors; enforce scope, schedule, quality, and safety.
• Maintain look-ahead schedules and update PM on production status.
• Prepare and review daily reports in Procore; manage inspections and issues.
• Enforce RCCS safety standards and document all safety activities.
