Job summary

Haselden Builders is seeking a Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on multifamily and wood-frame projects. You will oversee subcontractors, plan schedules with the Project Manager, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while maintaining a collaborative field environment.

You will coordinate with the project team, review drawings and specs, and manage field documentation in Procore. Strong leadership and travel ability are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of progressive multifamily and wood-frame construction experience with a general contractor.
• Strong experience in project scheduling, field coordination, safety, quality, and subcontractor management.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, schedules, and contract documents.
• Experience with Procore; ASTA and Lean Scheduling experience preferred.
• Ability to travel regionally and drive as project needs require.

Responsibilities

• Schedule & project planning: maintain/update CPM schedule, coordinate labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and site resources to hit milestones.
• Site management: act as field leader, oversee day-to-day construction activities, manage subcontractors and field personnel, lead coordination meetings, review drawings and specs, and document field activities in Procore.
• Safety, quality & risk: lead safety program, conduct safety meetings/inspections, identify risks, lead QA/QC efforts and document incidents.
• Team development: set expectations, coach assistants and field engineers, foster collaborative environment consistent with Haselden culture.
