Job summary

Red Cedar Construction Services is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on multifamily and commercial projects in the Southeast. You will enforce safety, manage subcontractors, and ensure schedule compliance from mobilization to turnover.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will maintain look-ahead schedules, produce daily Procore reports, and drive quality and coordination across trades. Local travel between Raleigh area projects may occur.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
• Proficient in Procore daily reporting, punch lists, RFIs and photos.
• Ability to read and build from full construction documents and specs.
• Strong scheduling background with look-ahead planning and MS Project use.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations, site logistics, and subcontractor coordination.
• Maintain a three-week look-ahead schedule and report production status weekly.
• Produce accurate daily Procore reports; manage weather, manpower, and inspections.
• Lead safety and quality control, enforce RCCS standards on site.
• Coordinate inspections, turnover, and closeout activities with PM.
