You will oversee daily site activities, drive schedule adherence, manage safety programs, and coordinate with Owners, Architects, and subcontractors to ensure scope compliance and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive field leadership experience.
• Strong scheduling and coordination skills.
• Deep understanding of safety protocols and OSHA standards.
• Proven ability to manage quality and risk on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site activities including OSHA safety compliance.
• Direct field personnel per project plan and Suffolk principles.
• Communicate issues and progress daily to the Project Manager.
• Escalate problems promptly to enable cost-effective solutions.
• Build strong relationships with Clients, Suffolk team, subcontractors and authorities.
• Coordinate with Project Executive on pre-mobilization and start-up activities.
• Formulate and implement construction schedules in the field.
• Maintain the baseline schedule and ensure work aligns with contract requirements.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure subcontractors have proper safety documentation.
• Organize documentation and manage subcontractor performance to quality standards.
