Job summary

Red Cedar Construction Services, LLC is seeking a Construction Superintendent to own field execution on our Charlotte projects. You will manage daily site operations, enforce safety, and coordinate with subcontractors to maintain schedule and quality across multifamily and commercial builds.

Must have 5+ years as a superintendent on commercial projects, Procore proficiency, and MS Project familiarity. OSHA 30 or higher is required within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a superintendent on commercial projects.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and crews on $5M+ projects.
• Proficiency in Procore for daily reporting, punch lists, RFIs, photos, and inspections.
• Ability to read and build from full construction documents (architectural, structural, MEP).
• Knowledge of MS Project look-ahead scheduling.
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain within 90 days; First Aid/CPR preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Own daily field operations from site setup to turnover.
• Maintain a three week look-ahead schedule and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Produce accurate daily Procore reports; document weather, manpower, and incidents.
• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure a safe, organized worksite.
• Lead subcontractor meetings and enforce scope, schedule, and quality.
• Drive production to meet or beat project schedule.
• Ensure safety compliance with RCCS and OSHA standards.
• Lead closeout and turnover with warranty items managed.
