Job summary

Red Cedar Construction Services, LLC is seeking a Construction Superintendent for active Hickory, NC projects. You will own field execution, coordinate subcontractors, enforce safety, and drive progress from mobilization to turnover.

You will maintain look-ahead schedules, produce daily Procore reports, and collaborate with the Project Manager to keep projects on time and within budget. The role emphasizes leadership, quality, and safety on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as Superintendent on commercial projects.
• Experience with multifamily, townhomes, and podium builds preferred.
• Procore daily reporting, punch lists, RFIs, and photo documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP docs.
• OSHA 30 certification required or obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily field operations, site logistics, and subcontractor coordination.
• Maintain three-week look-ahead schedules and report production status to PM.
• Generate accurate daily Procore reports; document incidents and inspections.
• Lead safety programs, conduct toolbox talks, and enforce RCCS standards.
• Drive production, sequencing, and turnover for multifamily/BTR projects.
• Attend weekly subcontractor meetings; communicate issues and resolutions.
