Job summary

Roche in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Field Engineering Specialist - Core Lab to provide on-site service, repair, and technical support for Roche lab products across NYC, Long Island and Northern NJ. A strong hardware/software diagnostic background and customer-facing skills are essential, with up to 50% travel and onboarding at Indianapolis, IN.

Qualifications

High school diploma plus technical training or equivalent.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering/chemistry field plus 1–2 years of repair/servicing experience.
Successfully trained or certified as defined by RD Services Leadership and policy.
Ability to travel, including overnight travel, is required.

Responsibilities

Showcase expertise in technical repair for Roche product lines.
Provide routine technical support, on-site service and repair.
Serve as customer contact for technical and service issues; perform maintenance.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures.
