Responsibilities

• Showcase expertise in technical repair for Roche assigned product lines.
• Provide on-site service and repair for Roche products in the assigned territory.
• Offer routine technical support and preventative maintenance; diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system failures.
• Serve as customer contact for technical and service-related issues; document activities and contribute to quality improvements.
