Job summary

Responsibilities

Provide on-site technical repair for Roche product lines.
Serve laboratory customers in assigned territory with support.
Deliver routine technical support and on-site repair services.
Act as customer contact for technical issues and preventative maintenance.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures.
Document activities and contribute to quality improvement for customer satisfaction.
