AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled field technicians to support a national client base. This role involves OS installs, hardware diagnostics, cabling, and telecom tasks across diverse environments.

You will travel within your territory and be on-call as needed, providing professional client service. Ideal candidates have IT/Telecom experience, possibly holding A+ or Network+ certifications, with 1+ year of hands-on work.

Formación

• At least 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience; willingness to travel
• A+ or Network+ certifications are a plus
• 5+ years verifiable field experience in I.T./Telecom can substitute certifications

Responsabilidades

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, and dressing cables)
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions)
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments
• Maintain professionalism with clients and be on call within territory
