Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled IT/Telecom technicians to support our national client base. This role includes on-site OS installs, hardware diagnostics, and structured cabling across various environments.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in IT/Telecom, with one of A+ or Network+ or 5+ years field experience. A reliable vehicle and on-call availability are required; travel within territory is expected.

Qualifications

• PC and printer troubleshooting experience is a strong plus.
• At least 1 year of IT or Telecom experience, and one of: A+ Certification, Network+ Certification, or 5+ years verifiable field experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, and dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions, etc.).
• Work independently across environments: retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism with clients; be on call and respond to service requests within your territory.
