Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled technicians to support our national client base. This role goes beyond basic helpdesk tasks, involving OS installations, cabling, and telecom work across various environments.

Responsibilities include on-site service, maintaining professionalism, and being available for on-call requests within your territory. A+ or Network+ or 5+ years field experience are preferred, with reliable tools and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1 year of IT or telecom experience required.
• A+ or Network+ certification preferred, or 5+ years field experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling, drilling, running and dressing cables.
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions, etc.).
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments.
• Maintain professionalism with clients and respond to service requests within territory.
