Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled field IT/Telecom technicians to support our national client base. You’ll perform OS installations, diagnostics, cabling, and telecom tasks across diverse sites, not just helpdesk.

You’ll work independently in varied environments, maintain client professionalism, and be on-call for service requests within your territory. This role emphasizes hands-on field work and career growth.

Qualifications

• PC and printer troubleshooting experience is a strong plus.
• At least 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience, and one of the listed certifications, or 5+ years field experience.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling including drilling, running, and dressing cables.
• Telecom work such as punch-downs and demarc extensions.
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments.
• Maintain professionalism with clients and be available on-call within territory.
