Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking hands-on I.T. or Telecom technicians to support our national client base. This role goes beyond desk tasks—install OS, diagnose hardware, and perform structured cabling across various sites.

Qualifications

• 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience, or 5+ years field experience in I.T./Telecom.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Must carry a standard set of IT/tools for basic tasks.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, and dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions, etc.).
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients.
• Be on call and respond to service requests within your territory.
