AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled field technicians to support our national client base with hands-on IT and telecom tasks. The role involves OS installations, hardware diagnostics, structured cabling, and telecom work across diverse sites.

Qualifications

• 1 year IT/Telecom field experience preferred.
• Hands-on field tech with cabling and OS install responsibilities.
• Clean driving record and reliable personal vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Perform OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Carry out structured cabling, including drilling, running, and dressing cables.
• Handle telecom work such as punch-downs and demarc extensions.
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments.
• Maintain professionalism with clients and respond to service requests within territory.
