Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking hands-on IT/Telecom technicians to support our national client base across various field sites. The role goes beyond a desk job, involving OS installs, cabling, telecom tasks, and on-site troubleshooting.

You will work independently across diverse environments, stay professional with clients, and be on-call to handle service requests within your territory. Travel pay is provided as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year IT or Telecom experience required.
• Certifications preferred: A+ or Network+.
• Alternatively 5+ years field experience in IT/Telecom.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling including running and dressing cables.
• Telecom work such as punch-downs and demarc extensions.
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate sites.
• Maintain professionalism and respond to service requests on-site.
• Be on-call within your territory.
