AMG Tech Support is seeking hands-on IT/Telecom technicians to support our national client base. You'll perform OS installations, diagnostics, structured cabling, and telecom work across diverse buildings and environments.

Travel within an approximate 80-mile radius, on-call readiness, and app-based time tracking are part of the role. A strong field mindset and reliability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1 year of IT or Telecom field experience.
• A+ or Network+ certification (or equivalent)
• Ability to work across multiple environments and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions).
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate settings.
