AMG Tech Support is seeking hands-on IT/Telecom technicians for national client support. You’ll perform OS installations, diagnose hardware, set up software, and handle structured cabling across varied job sites.

This role moves beyond desk-based tasks and requires field readiness and reliability. You’ll work in diverse environments—retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate—with an on-call component and a focus on professional client interactions.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in IT or Telecom required.
• Certifications such as A+ or Network+ preferred.
• Ability to work in diverse environments and travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Perform OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling, including drilling, running, and dressing cables.
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions, etc.).
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments.
• Maintain professionalism with clients; be on-call and respond to service requests.
