Job summary

AMG Tech Support is hiring hands-on IT/Telecom technicians to support our national client base. This role goes beyond desk work, including OS installs, hardware diagnostics, cabling, and on-site telecom tasks across diverse environments.

You’ll be on call and travel within your territory, using your own vehicle and standard tools. A minimum of 1 year IT/Telecom experience, plus one of the listed certifications, is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of IT/Telecom experience required.
• Certification in A+ or Network+ preferred.
• Or 5+ years verifiable field IT/Telecom experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Carry out structured cabling tasks and telecom work.
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments.
• Maintain professionalism with clients and be on-call within territory.
