Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled, driven technicians to support our national client base. This role goes far beyond basic helpdesk tasks—one day you might be installing an operating system, the next you're drilling through walls and running structured cabling.

If you're the kind of person who thrives in the field and loves the variety, this opportunity is for you; you must have 1 year IT/Telecom experience or 5+ years field experience, and an A+ or Network+ certification or equivalent.

Qualifications

• PC and printer troubleshooting experience.
• 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience or 5+ years verifiable field experience.
• A+ Certification or Network+ Certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions).
• Work independently across environments: retail, medical, restaurant, corporate.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism with clients.
• Be on call and respond to service requests within your territory.
