Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled technicians to support our national client base. Responsibilities include OS installations, diagnostics, and structured cabling across diverse sites.

You will work independently in retail, medical, restaurant and corporate environments, maintaining high professionalism and being on-call to respond to service requests within your territory. Preferred candidates have IT/Telecom experience, with A+ or Network+ certifications or 5+ years of field experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience and one of the following: A+ Certification, Network+ Certification, OR 5+ years verifiable field experience.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions).
• Work independently across environments: retail, medical, restaurant, corporate.
• Maintain professionalism with clients; be on call within territory.
