Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled IT/Telecom technicians to support a national client base. Responsibilities include OS installs, hardware diagnostics, software setup, and extensive cabling across buildings.

You’ll work independently in retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate settings, with on-call availability within your territory. Ideal candidates have 1+ year IT/Telecom experience or 5+ years field experience, plus one of A+, Network+ or equivalent.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of IT or Telecom experience.
• One of: A+ Certification, Network+ Certification, or 5+ years field experience.
• PC and printer troubleshooting experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Install OS, diagnose hardware, and configure software.
• Perform structured cabling and telecom tasks across sites.
• Work independently in varied environments and travel within territory.
