Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking hands-on technicians to install OS, diagnose hardware, and set up software across national client sites. The role includes structured cabling, telecom tasks, and travel between retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year IT/Telecom experience and may hold A+ or Network+ certifications; 5+ years field experience is also accepted. On-call availability and professional client interaction are required.

Qualifications

• PC and printer troubleshooting experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of IT or Telecom experience.
• Certifications: A+ or Network+ or 5+ years field experience.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions).
• Work independently across environments: retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate.
• Maintain professionalism with clients.
• Be on call and respond to service requests within territory.
