Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled, driven technicians to support our growing national client base. This hands-on role goes far beyond basic helpdesk tasks, from OS installations to structured cabling across buildings, or terminating a 66-block.

You will work across diverse environments, be on call, and travel within your territory. A reliable vehicle, basic IT tools, and professional conduct are required to succeed in this position.

Qualifications

• 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience.
• A+ or Network+ certifications or 5+ years field experience.
• PC and printer troubleshooting is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structure cabling (drilling, running, and dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions, etc.)
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments.
