Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled, driven technicians to support our growing national client base. This role goes far beyond basic helpdesk tasks — one day you might be installing an operating system, the next you’re drilling through walls and running structured cabling across entire buildings, or terminating a 66-block.

You will work independently across environments: retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate. On-call availability and professionalism with clients are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of IT or Telecom experience.
• One of the following certifications: A+, Network+ (or 5+ years field experience in IT/Telecom).
• Must have reliable vehicle and tools for basic IT tasks.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, and dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions, etc.).
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments.
• Maintain professionalism with clients.
• Be on call and ready to respond to service requests within the territory.
