AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled, driven technicians to support our national client base in field IT/telecom work. This role goes beyond basic helpdesk tasks, with OS installations, structured cabling, and network setup across job sites.

Qualifications

• Own a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Must have a standard set of IT and networking tools.
• Laptop with Ethernet port and smartphone with hotspot.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions).
• Work independently across environments: retail, medical, restaurant, corporate.
• Be on call and respond to service requests within your territory.
