AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled, driven technicians to support our national client base. This hands-on field role goes beyond typical helpdesk tasks as you install operating systems, diagnose hardware, set up software, and perform structured cabling across large sites.

You will work on-site across multiple environments and be on-call to respond to service requests within your territory. A reliable vehicle, a standard IT toolset, and a valid driver’s license are required; travel pay is

Qualifications

• 1 year IT or Telecom experience required.
• Reliable vehicle and driver's license required.
• On-call 24/7 availability is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling across buildings and telecom work.
• Work independently in retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate settings.
• Be on call and respond to service requests within territory.
