Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking hands-on I.T. or Telecom technicians to support our national client base. The role goes beyond basic helpdesk tasks, including OS installations, cabling, and telecom work across various environments.

Applicants should have 1 year of I.T./Telecom experience or 5+ years of field experience, plus A+ or Network+ certification (or both). A reliable vehicle and toolset are required; on-call availability is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• 1 year I.T./Telecom experience required or 5+ years field experience in I.T./Telecom.
• A+ or Network+ certification preferred.
• Industry experience in various environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, and dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions).
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments.
• Maintain professionalism with clients and be on call to respond to service requests within your territory.
